After a comprehensive quality audit of all departments and directorates, Manila Doctors Hospital maintains its ISO 9001:2015 for November 2022, conducted by SOCOTEC Certification Philippines, Inc. It is the first hospital in Manila to acquire accreditation from the International Organization for Standardization when it was first certified in 2005 and was consequently recertified as an ISO 9001:2008 institution in all of its annual audits, the latest being this year.

ISO 9001 is internationally recognized as providing a framework for a quality management system that can easily be interpreted for all areas of industry and commerce. It provides a framework for monitoring and measuring performance in process and in operations ensuring improved customer satisfaction and sustained efficiency.

Manila Doctors Hospital has been consistent in ensuring a quality management system that conforms to the standards set forth by the international governing body. On its most recent re-certification in 2019, the hospital has been assessed as conforming to the scope of activities for the Administration of Health Services and Teaching and Training for Level III Hospital.

ISO conducts recertification audits every three (3) years apart from its annual surveillance audits.
