Manila Doctors Hospital inks MOA with agencies for overseas nursing opportunities

Manila Doctors Hospital (MDH) is expanding its industrial network by partnering with two agencies that will provide learning and development opportunities for MDH nurses overseas. 

 

MDH, through the Human Resources Directorate (HRD) and the Nursing Service Directorate (NSD), signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Lifelinks International Resources Inc. (Lifelinks) and GP Care Solutions GMBH (GPCare)to provide opportunities such as the academic exchange program, language training, and culture immersion. This will provide nurses to expand their knowledge and learn from the best practices of hospitals in Germany. 

 

The official signing was held last October 26, 2022,at the MDH Board Room. Present at the signing were Ms. Arlene P. Ledesma, MDH President; Dr. Hian Ho N. Kua, MDH Hospital Director; Ms. Karen Ann V. Martinez, HR Director; and Dr. Rodolfo C. Borromeo, NSD Director. 

 

Representing Lifelinks during the signing were Mr. Rodolfo Santos, General Manager, and Ms. Ma. Angelica Escaño, Business Development Manager. GPCare was represented by Ms. Arlena Schulz, General Manager.  

 

MDH strives to be one of the best training hubs for healthcare workers. With this new partnership, MDH maintains its commitment to providing career growth and development for its nurses in local and international settings.
